13 private tour operators allocated seats for Hajj-2025
In the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, only one company, Labaika Hajj & Umrah Services, has qualified in Category 1, said the company in a statement.
The Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, has allotted 700 seats to thirteen Hajj Group Organisers (HGOs) or private tour operators in Kashmir for the registration of Hajj-2025. Kashmir travel guide
“With reference to the Ministry’s Circular issued under Number HAJ-15/6/2024-HAJ-MoMA dated 07-09-2024, including the clarification issued vide Circular No. HAJ-15/6/2024-HAJ-MoMA dated 04-10-2024, inviting applications for registration, formation of Combined Hajj Group Organizers (CHGO), and allocation of quota to the CHGO, a total of 914 applications were received in the Ministry for registration,” read a handout.
These applications were examined by the Ministry in accordance with the provisions of the policy for Hajj Group Organizers for Hajj 2025.

Eight companies were selected in Category II, and four are new applicants.
